So far, so good

The transition from full-fledged professor to student has been quite a challenge, one that I wasn't as prepared for as I initially thought. I'm digging into learning theories and really finding valuable tools to assess students learning styles and core understanding of fundamentals before beginning coursework.

I'm pleased with how this doctoral program is opening my eyes as a professor to aid in a better education for the future. I have turned my sketchbook into a research notebook, which is filling with observations, definitions and questions for future pondering.

All is well, and I'll keep you posted on future progress.
